The defendants also arrested the driver. \nThe defendants then transported the plaintiff to 88th precinct for processing and seized plaintiff's money without a basis, ignored plaintiff's request that he needed his medication because he is a diabetic and suffers from high blood pressure. The plaintiff was detained at central booking and the seized money was not returned to him.
