At 49th Precinct, Plaintiffs were fingerprinted, photographed, searched or strip-searched with attendant cavity inspection, interrogated without presence of counsel and illegally detained in a dank and dirty cell. Later they were transported to Central Booking. Defendant complaint that Plaintiffs committed the offence of criminal possession of a weapon. When they replied, defendant officers told plaintiffs to leave the neighborhood and not come back. On November 20th, 2011, defendant officers again stopped Plaintiffs and told them \"I told you not to come around here anymore.\" Plaintiffs said they had committed no crime. Despite this, they were thrown against the police van with another individual and arrested with excessive force.
