The plaintiffs were handcuffed, thrown into police vans, and transported to the 67th Precinct. At no point were plaintiffs engaged in any unlawful behavior or any behavior that would justify a use of force. The officers at the precinct falsely stated in the arrest paperwork that the plaintiffs engaged in various unlawful behaviors. All charges against the plaintiffs were ultimately dismissed or adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. The complaint alleges that the City of New York should have been on notice about the particular officers involved in this incident. The plaintiffs allege the City should be found liable because these officers had a reputation for misconduct and the City failed to take meaningful action to prevent further abuses.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.416851/gov.uscourts.nyed.416851.61.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/7602417/mcallister-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/4KJ5-radoslaw-turowski.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"97894","regular":"97134","overtime":"7339","other":"22164","total":"126637"},"id":"4KJ5","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/4KJ5"}
