Plaintiff was released that night without being further detained. He later realized that the police had not given him back all of his personal property, including a key to get back inside his house. Upon returning to Police Service Area 6, he stopped at the gate. An Asian male, NYPD lieutenant John Doe 1 and an African American male, NYPD Officer John Doe 2 came to the gate. John Doe 1 refused to give Plaintiff his keys and ordered him out of PSA6. Defendant John Doe 1 then grabbed the Plaintiff and yanked him harshly, preventing Plaintiff from leaving. John Doe 1 yelled at Defendants John Does 2-4 to cuff plaintiff. Plaintiff was unable to put his hands behind his back, and was surrounded by the four John Does. Plaintiff was then tased by Defendant John Doe 2. Plaintiff fell to the ground, and Defendant John Doe 1 put his knee on the back of Plaintiff's neck. \n\nInstead of immediately providing Plaintiff with medical treatment, the Defendants made Plaintiff sit with his hands rear cuffed for twenty minutes before placing him in a cell. Plaintiff was not provided a phone call or food and was taken to Central Booking where he was wrongfully detained for approximately 40 hours.
