In each instance, the defendant-NYPD officers arrested the plaintiff without probable cause, without a warrant, without just cause or justification, and without taking sufficient investigation to substantiate an arrest and initiation of criminal charges.  In each instance of arrest, the defendant-NYPD officers cursed at and verbally threatened the plaintiff. In each instance, the defendants transported the plaintiff to the 75th Precinct and Central Booking. The plaintiff has named defendant-NYPD officers generally, as well as specifically naming defendant NYPD officers and employees Shamila Bridgeman, James Bergami, Bibek Thapa, P.O Hutchkinson, Sergeant Ayala Nelson, and Lieutenant Berkowitz, as initiating the unlawful conduct and proceeding to maliciously providing information to initiate and maintain judicial intervention.
