Police officer Burdeynyy and unidentified police officers John and Jim Doe approached plaintiff's vehicle and asked the plaintiff to step out of the vehicle because the officers had noticed the smell of weed. Plaintiff denied having smoked weed. \n\nPlaintiff was then illegally pat down/searched and ordered to stand at the rear of his vehicle. The officers illegally searched the plaintiff’s car, that being the interior, trunk and glove compartment which was locked. The officers ordered the plaintiff to give them the keys to the glove compartment so they could conduct the illegal search of said compartment. No contraband was found on the plaintiff or in his vehicle.
