NYPD officers broke plaintiff's right rear passenger window and tased plaintiff. At the time of the taser deployment, the plaintiff did not present a risk/harm to any of the reporting officers nor was he in possession of a weapon. After being tased, the plaintiff exited the vehicle and was subsequently slammed to the ground, face first, by one or more police officers. The plaintiff sustained a broken nose as a result of this use of physical force. Plaintiff was arrested without probable cause and was detained at the 34th precinct.
