The officers stormed the living room with guns drawn and pointed to plaintiff and his friends. The officers damaged plaintiff's bed frames during the search. The officers arrested plaintiff with tight handcuffs, causing plain and numbness to him. The officers did not show any warrant but conducted a warrantless search of the house. Nothing illegal was found, but the officers transported plaintiff and his friends to a Precinct anyway. \nPolice officers lied to prosecutors that plaintiff was in possession of firearms and marihuana. The prosecutors started criminal action based on police officer’s testimony.
