Defendant Officers drank and allowed their service pistols to be exposed. Defendant NYPD Officer Hyun Kim grabbed Plaintiff's hand and arm and forced her to feel his gun in his holster. Plaintiff asked whether Defendants were gang members and Defendants responded that they were police officers. Plaintiff attempted to leave the karaoke room but Defendant Hyun Kim forcibly pushed her down and prevented her from leaving. He began to bang his gun on the table saying \"do you know who I am\" and \"fucking bitch\" repeatedly. Plaintiff asked the other Defendant Officer to tell Defendant Hyun Kim to put his gun away. Defendant Officer Jung Kim, a Sargent, told him to put the gun away but Defendant Hyun Kim ignored him. Defendant Hyun Kim held a gun two inches from Plaintiff's face and held it there making verbal threats to Plaintiff. Finally, the owner and manager went to the room and told Defendants that the police had been called. Defendants left the cafe.
