Defendants proceeded to conduct a search of the plaintiff and vehicle without a warrant or consent. Defendants informed plaintiff that they would be taking possession of plaintiff's car. When plaintiff requested defendant's explain why they needed to take possession of plaintiff's car, defendants used physical force and a taser gun to violently arrest plaintiff.\n\nSubsequently, plaintiff was arrested and processed. Defendants provided false information to substantiate their arrest of plaintiff. Defendant Friberg left the premises, and returned with defendants POs Drozd-Spidle and Coogan. Without a warrant, Defendants accused Plaintiff of selling counterfeit merchandise, demanded receipts of the goods on sale, and seized personal items from the plaintiff along with the items on sale. Plaintiff complied with these demands, and provided receipts to verify the merchandise's authenticity which Defendant Friberg declined to investigate. Defendants arrested Plaintiff and seized numerous goods from the store and walked Plaintiff outside in handcuffs. Plaintiff was then detained for 28 hours before an arraignment.
