The officers falsely charged the plaintiffs with disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration, which were later dismissed. Plaintiff asked why his friend was arrested, and in retaliation POs grabbed Plaintiff by the legs, brought him to the ground, handcuffed him, kicked Plaintiff in the face while he was handcuffed on the ground, and placed their knees on Plaintiff's neck. Plaintiff screamed \"I can't breathe.\" POs then placed Plaintiff in an NYPD vehicle and took him to the 71st Precinct. There he was illegally searched, with no contraband identified. Plaintiff was bleeding and repeatedly asked for medical attention but POs ignored his requests. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking. POs intentionally provided false information to initiate a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff was released after approximately 24 hours in custody, at which point he sought medical treatment for his numerous injuries.
