They violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back in order to apply metal handcuffs to his wrists. \nThen, they performed an illegal and humiliating search of Plaintiff’s person. Plaintiff was transported to Jacobi Medical Center where he was treated for his injured left \nwrist. In addition, Defendants pepper sprayed Plaintiff again even though Plaintiff did not and could not pose any harm or threat to the said Defendants or anyone else by being rear-handcuffed and ankle-shackled.\nPlaintiff was transported  to the 43rd NYPD Precinct, where \nDefendants fingerprinted, photographed, and questioned as to his pedigree. \nDefendants maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff by personally conferring with each other, regarding the fabrication of the aforementioned non-existent evidence \nand observations. \nFinally, the prosecution was terminated in Plaintiff’s favor, when all criminal charges were  unconditionally dismissed and sealed.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=4VttXmVmqDbYbzMN1BLkBg==","type":"complaint"}]},{"name":"Torres, Juan Et.
