Wade made several complaints about the handcuffs being too tight, however, none of the officers loosened the handcuffs and this caused Wade to sustain injuries. Wade was transported to the 75th precinct in Brooklyn, New York and subjected to unreasonable custodial detention. Wade was subjected to unlawful and inappropriate pats downs and searches while confined.
