Paul Urquiaga made false statements that Plaintiff was in possession of a .45 caliber Glock pistol with thirteen live rounds, and POs John and Jane Doe 1-4 assisted in the investigation that led to the arrest of Plaintiff. POs then caused a malicious prosecution to be undertaken against Plaintiff, requiring Plaintiff to make multiple court appearances.
