Defendants searched Plaintiff and did not recover any illegal contraband or weapons. Nevertheless, Plaintiffs were handcuffed, placed in police vehicles, and transported to the 73rd Precinct. \n\nEventually, Plaintiffs were taken to Central Booking. Plaintiffs were detained for more than nineteen hours before being released.
