Plaintiff was held in New York County Central Booking, he was confined to a cell with numerous other male prisoners. That on or about February 20, 2021 Plaintiff was arraigned on docket CR-003453-21NY wherein he was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree. At the arraignment, Plaintiff was released and ordered to return to court.
