Defendant police officers asked the plaintiff what she was doing, and she told them she was visiting a friend. The officers confirmed with plaintiff's friend that plaintiff was in fact visiting him. Nonetheless, defendants arrested plaintiff for trespassing. The defendants threw plaintiff against a wall and used excessive force to handcuff her. Plaintiff complained to the offices that the handcuffs were too tight, but the offices refused to loosen them. Defendants then transported plaintiff to a police precinct where they informed employees of the DA's office that they observed plaintiff trespassing. Plaintiff was later transported to central booking and then arraigned. Plaintiff's case was subsequently adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.351428/gov.uscourts.nyed.351428.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/47245332/feliciano-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"117719","overtime":"35468","other":"22036","total":"175224"},"id":"56CM","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/56CM"}
