Defendants then placed Plaintiff in a police vehicle and transported him against his will to the 28th NYPD Precinct where Plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, searched or strip-searched and questioned.\n\nPlaintiff was caused to be unlawfully, involuntarily detained by the Defendants, including CARACCIOLI and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 over the course of approximately two (2) days, until his release from physical custody of defendants on September 8, 2020.
