Eventually, Plaintiff was released and, following plaintiff’s appearance in court, the false charge(s) levied against Plaintiff was dismissed on or about August 1, 2012. Prior to his second arrest on or about January 13, 2013, Plaintiff was arrested by Defendant Officers on August 18, 2012 arrest, who, While plaintiff was awaiting arraignment, stated to the prosecutors that the plaintiff stole property. Prosecutors refused to charge Plaintiff for lack of evidence.
