Musa, PO Aponte, PO Chekalin, and John Doe 1-4 then forcefully threw Plaintiff on the ground, and then Sgt. Musa tased Plaintiff on the neck. Officers kept Plaintiff's arms pinned behind his back and brutally assaulted him. In an attempt to dissuade the officers, Plaintiff told the officers his job as an essential worker employed by the MTA as a bus driver, to which an unnamed defendant responded, \"I don't give a f--- who you are m-----------\" while his knee was placed on Plaintiff's neck. Plaintiff's head was then driven into the concrete, causing a gash above his eye.
