On said date and time, Plaintiffs were lawfully present and sleeping with Ms. Soto's child also sleeping in another bedroom in the vicinity of this complained-of-incident. Defendants then unlawfully entered aforementioned apartment without a valid search warrant by damaging the door entrance and illegally approached Plaintiffs and Ms. Soto's child while armed with guns aimed at their persons in without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, exigent circumstances or any legal justification whatsoever. Defendants then violently contorted the Plaintiff hands behind their back and tightly handcuffed their wrist. Plaintiffs requested that the handcuffs be loosened but the defendants refused to loosen them. Defendants then preceded to conduct an illegal search of Plaintiffs' person aggressively rifling through their clothing, where no contraband was found.  Defendants then preceded to conduct an illegal search of Plaintiffs' apartment and surroundings where no contraband was found. Plaintiffs were then transported to the 23rd precinct where they were fingerprinted, photographed, questioned as to their pedigree, searched or strip-searched, interrogated without presence of counsel or the reading of their Miranda rights, and illegally detained in a dank and dirty cell for approximately one (1) day before being released from physical custody with Desk Appearance Tickets.
