At the time of the entry, plaintiff was in her bedroom in her pajamas mourning the death of her teenage niece who had been killed in a shooting in the Bronx.  The defendants informed plaintiff that she was under arrest for illegally evicting her husband, Darnell Dover.  Plaintiff's husband was actually home that night and informed officers that he had not been illegally evicted by his wife.  Nevertheless, the defendants insisted on arresting the plaintiff.  When plaintiff asked the defendants if she could come to the precinct during daytime hours the following day, one of the defendants forcefully grabbed the plaintiff, spun her around, pinned her up against the wall and pulled her arms up toward her shoulders, injuring her right rotator cuff.  Several of the other defendants joined in, forcefully pinning plaintiff against the wall and using excessive and unnecessary force, handcuffed the plaintiff behind her back.  The defendants escorted plaintiff out of her apartment in her pajamas to the 32nd Precinct, where she was searched and held in jail for several hours.  The next day at approximately 3 PM, plaintiff was falsely charged with Unlawful Eviction and maliciously prosecuted based on false information provided by the defendants to the NY County DA's Office.
