Defendant Doe 83 then put him in a NYPD transport bus.  At Queens County Central Booking, plaintiff Ugurlu was 16 hours in custody, before he was released and given a Desk Appearance Ticket, which was later dismissed.\n\nOn June 4, 2020, plaintiff Lucero participated in a protest when defendant Doe 85 deployed pepper spray in her proximity, causing pain to her eyes and throat.  NYPD officers then shoved people near plaintiff Lucero, causing her to fall down.  Defendants Doe 86-89 then struck plaintiff Lucero and the people on top of her with batons.  One of them also struck plaintiff Lucero's head, another one struck her on both arms.  Defendant Doe 90 grabbed plaintiff Lucero, causing bruising.  Defendant Doe 91 then threw Plaintiff Lucero to the ground and pressed into her back and neck with his knee.  Defendant doe 91 placed her in extremely tight zipties and applied plastic handcuffs to her wrists with extreme tightness.  On June 5, 2020, defendant Matias issued plaintiff Lucero a summons.  The criminal prosecution against plaintiff Lucero was dismissed on September 4, 2020.\n\nOn June 4, 2020, plaintiff Mulvey participated in a protest when Defendant Doe 95 sprayed her in the face with pepper spray.  Defendant Doe 97 arrested plaintiff Mulvey by slamming her onto a car and applying excessively tight zip ties to her hands.  Defendant Doe 98 then placed her in a NYPD transport vehicle that transported her to Queens County Central Booking.  After seven hours in custody, plaintiff Mulvey was charged with a curfew violation, which was later dismissed.\n\nOn June 4, 2020, plaintiff Beygzadeh participated in a protest when he was attacked by defendants Doe 101 and 102 from behind, pulling him and slamming him onto a car.  These officers handcuffed him excessively tightly with zip tie handcuffs.  They then forced him to sit on the concrete at that location for several hours.  Defendant Gonzalez then placed him into a NYPD transport vehicle which transported him to Queens County Central Booking. All charges against him where dropped. \n\nPlaintiff Alex Gutierrez was struck with a baton, pepper sprayed, and put in excessively tight zip tie handcuffs. He was made to wait for hours until ultimately being put on a bus and transferred to an arrest processing facility where he waited for hours without food, water, or medical attention and was ultimately issued a pink summons by Police Officer Andre Jeanpierre .
