Defendants approached and falsely accused Plaintiff of criminal acts before illegally seizing his person with their outstretched hands violently and aggressively grabbing Plaintiff’s head and body, punching Plaintiff in the head. On May 7, 2023, plaintiff was released from custody after arraignment. Defendant signed and forwarded a criminal complaint to the DA, in which he knowingly affirmed the truth of fabricated allegations against Plaintiff.
