On June 19, 2013, after over 36 hours in custody, Plaintiff was arraigned, was unable to make bail, and was taken to jail. On June 24, 2013 (incorrectly stated as June 14, 2013 in the complaint) the victim failed to identify Plaintiff as the perpetrator.On June 25, 2013, Plaintiff was released on his own recognizance and was thereafter compelled to appear in court several times over an extended period until all charges were dismissed on March 6, 2014.
