Plaintiff Flores complied, and was ordered to step against the wall by defendants. As she complied with their orders, defendant NYPD Officer Kenneth Rambert grabbed her, began to choke her, and slammed her against the side of the stairs. Meanwhile, defendants Damany Ferril and Lela Banks grabbed plaintiff K.L. and threw him to the ground on the pavement, injuring him and causing him to start bleeding. Defendants Rambert, Chase, and Banks then pushed plaintiff Flores to the ground and handcuffed her.\n\nDefendants then took plaintiff Flores to the 79th Precinct, where defendant NYPD Officer Ashley Phillips searched her, while defendants Jonathan Coronel Guzman and Christopher Ciliento looked on. Plaintiff Flores was eventually taken to the hospital for treatment, and returned to the precinct.
