Plaintiff ran out of the backyard and jumped over a fence and hid. Eventually, officers found him on the rear of 618 Macon Street, Brooklyn, NY with their weapons drawn. Officers ordered plaintiff to get on his knees and put his hands behind his back and complied. Officers then forced his face to the ground, punched and kicked him in the arms. While Plaintiff asked that they stop, one officer put him in a submission hold by putting his knee on the back of the plaintiffs neck. Once they stopped, officers searched and searched and found nothing on the Plaintiff.
