After the alleged \"open container\" charge was disposed of, Plaintiff was subject to a bail set in an amount which he could not satisfy on the open bench warrant for Francisco Morales, who was another individual. Plaintiff was subsequently sent to Rikers Island Correctional Facility where he was detained until on or about April 18, 2018 despite a court release that acknowledged Plaintiff was held in custody in error prior to such date (April 7, 2017).
