Thereafter, the defendant police officers conducted an invasive and unlawful\nstrip search of plaintiff without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Specifically, plaintiff was forced to take off all of his clothes and shake each\npiece of clothing out. Plaintiff was then ordered to turn around, and with his back facing the defendant police officers, plaintiff was forced to bend over and spread his buttocks and lift his genitals. After several hours in unlawful custody, plaintiff was transported from the 75th Precinct to Brooklyn County Central Booking. \n\nThe defendants provided the District Attorney’s Office with false information about the facts that allegedly led them to believe that plaintiff committed a crime.
