Defendant/s had entered without presenting a warrant. Defendant/s were yelling, cursing, and pointing a gun into the face of the plaintiff without probable cause and without reasonable cause. defendant/s were swat officers carrying riot shields and helmets. Plaintiff was immediately handcuffed and taken against his will by the defendant/'s in a police vehicle to the 70th Precinct. Plaintiff was not given a Miranda Warning. Plaintiff was interrogated regarding weapons found at the apartment and told if he did not answer he would be charged with possession of a firearm. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and scanned again. After an unknown period of time in a holding cell Plaintiff saw a judge and was released. plaintiff was forced to\nappear in criminal court on several occasions, for charges against him, which had no basis and were done so without probable cause.
