Upon reaching Plaintiffs' car, the POs aimed their weapons at Plaintiffs, yelling obscenities and demanding that they exit their car.  The POs then dragged Plaintiffs from their vehicles and tightly handcuffed their wrists behind their back, ignoring or otherwise denying Plaintiffs' pleas to loosen them. \n\nThe POs then searched one of the Plaintiffs without cause or justification. The search yielded no contraband or any evidence of a criminal offense, so both Plaintiffs were released from physical custody.
