The defendants, acting without probable cause, grabbed plaintiff and began to punch him in the face and body and strike him with their knees. They then handcuffed plaintiff so tightly it caused pain, and put him in a police vehicle, where they continued to pull on his arms repeatedly. Plaintiff was taken to the 34th Precinct, where he was kept in a holding cell. Defendants ignored repeated requests for medical help, before EMS finally helped plaintiff and took him to the hospital.
