A group of officers including Defendants Carl Soreco, Meghan O'Leary, Christopher Vega, Dunlop, Ramon Hernandez, Richard McGuire, Anthony Barbieri, Vincent Setteducato, Corey White, Dana Palomo, Anthony Pons, an unidentified John Doe \"Second Pepper Spray Officer,\" and an unidentified John Doe \"Balding Senior Officer,\" all worked together to push a metal barricade into the crowd. Defendants John Duffy, Falcon, Daniel O'Grady, and Benjamin Bellingeri failed to exercise their command authority to intervene to stop the assault. Due to being pushed by the fencing, and blinded by the deployment of pepper spray by defendants Vega and John Doe \"Second Pepper Spray Officer,\" plaintiff fell to the ground and broke his hand, suffering a spiral fracture. Plaintiff then crawled away and vomited due to the combined effect of the police assault.
