Defendants, including Hudson and Williams, dragged the plaintiff from his car, slammed him against the car, and violently contorted his arms to place tight handcuffs on him, which caused loss of feeling, redness, and swelling to the plaintiff's wrists and hands and aggravated a shoulder injury he had. Defendants  searched the plaintiff and his vehicle.
