One of the defendants knocked on driver's side and asked why he did not have his seatbelt upon which Knight truthfully replied he had taken it off to park. Upon showing his license, registration and insurance card and consequently being directed to the back of the car, the defendant officer responded if Kmight knew that his driver's license was suspended and simultaneously handcuff Knight's hand. \n\nKnight gestured towards the car door with his right hand while stating that he had proof his license was not suspended upon which defendant officer punched him in his left ribs, tried to slam him on the grad to call another of the defendant officer. \n\nArriving defendant officer came and punched Knight twice on the right cheek and soon after additional defendant officers arrived. Knight was another time grabbed and roughly slammed to the ground, his face strucking the pavement. Police officer, including the individual defendants, then struck plantiff with feet and fists.\n\nHe was taken to 105th Precinct Stationhouse and then to Queen sCentral Booking where he was held for at time before being released arriagnment.
