All charges against them were dismissed on January 24, 2022.\nAt no time had either plaintiff engaged in illegal activity and and no time had either possessed or exercise control or custody over a gun.  Nor had they engaged in any conduct which would have caused the murder of any individual. The officers knew that there was exculpatory evidence showing that they had not committed any crime, yet they still arrested them.  In doing so, they were subject to verbal abuse and deliberate indifference to their constitutional rights.  The experience caused severe emotional distress to both of them.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=sq3QZ4LerJVLmMri2TZBgA==","type":"complaint"}]},{"name":"Lopez, Francisco vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2016-04-28","disposition_date":"2017-12-27","payout_amount":110000,"disposition":"Settlement","docket":"301503/2016","court":"Supreme Court - Bronx","officer_name":"Figueroa, Vincent"},{"name":"Sanchez, Robert vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2013-10-07","disposition_date":"2015-10-27","payout_amount":17500,"disposition":"Settlement","docket":"305600/2013","court":"Supreme Court - Bronx","officer_name":"Figueroa, Vincent","documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4922361-Sanchez-v-City-of-New-York-et-al"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"payroll":{"salary":"119980","regular":"115753","overtime":"64973","other":"14310","total":"195036"},"id":"67Y9","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/67Y9"}
