Defendants pointed their weapons at Plaintiff even though Plaintiff did not pose a threat to himself or to anyone else while he was holding his infant-child. Defendants proceeded to physically restrain Plaintiff while violently contorting his arms to handcuff him. Plaintiff was then caused to be forcibly removed against his will to the 66th NYPD Precinct whereas there was no probable cause or legal basis. They proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff’s person by subjecting Plaintiff to illegal strip-searches. He was detained over the course of 26h.
