An NYPD vehicle ulled up and defendants exited the vehicle and ran down the street. Hilaire went into her home and entered her bedroom alone.  Five minutes later, P.O.s, including Sgt. Comas, Lieutenant Lee, officers Mims and Garrett, unlawfully entered her bedroom, handcuffed her, and placed her under arrest without probable cause. P.O.s, including Lee and Mims, conveyed false information to have Hilaire prosecuted for obstructing governmental administration. Hilaire was unlawfully held in police custody for 24 hours and arraigned on those charges. Hilaire ultimately accepted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal and admitted no wrongdoing.","documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23571338-2016hilaire15cv00748","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4324119/hilaire-v-mims/"}],"discipline":[{"case_no":"2013-9460","disposition_date":"2014-08-08","penalty":"Forfeiture of fifteen (15) vacation days","opened_date":"2013-05-30","charges":[{"desc":"On seven (7) occasions, failed to properly conduct patrol and/or execute her assignment","disposition":"Guilty"},{"desc":"Made and/or caused to be made false entries in Department records","disposition":"Guilty"},{"desc":"Failed to transmit a disposition for a home visit she was supposed to conduct and failed to respond to central dispatcher upon their request for a disposition","disposition":"Guilty"}],"documents":[{"name":"Document","url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4418867-nypd-cases-325.html"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"id":"6DP3","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/6DP3"}
