Plaintiff was subject to an unlawful stop, question, frisk,\nsearch false arrest, and false imprisonment by the Defendants including officer Billy Randolphe and Sergant Joseph Carroll without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Plaintiff did not commit any crime nor did the officers find any illegal drugs, weapon or contrabands. Nevertheless plaintiff was arrested. Plaintiff was transported by the defendant police officers to the Transit District 30 Precinct where he was photographed, fingerprinted and then placed in a holding cell by the defendants. On July 14, 2016, at approximately 4:00 a.m plaintiff was transported to Kings County Central Booking and placed in a holding cell. After approximately 21 hours in custody, on July 14, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m. plaintiff was arraigned. Defendants maliciously and unlawfully charged plaintiff with Disorderly\nConduct without probable cause or legal justification. On January 13, 2017, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed and sealed. Plaintiff was denied the right to due process and a fair trial.
