Plaintiff was wrongly incarcerated for 23 hours.\nOn May 4, 2018 Plaintiff again was inside the same subway station. This time, NYPD officers Martinez, Ting and Rodriguez approached him and again pushed him against a wall and handcuffed him.  Defendants again fabricated evidence of bent metrocards against him. Plaintiff was wrongly incarcerated for 17 hours. On September 22, 2018 plaintiff was in the same situation and the same 3 cops from May 4, 2018 pushed and handcuffed him, accusing him of similar crimes.
