Defendant officers were driving in an unmarked vehicle and they recklessly, in disregard for the safety of\nthe other motorists, cut in front of Plaintiff creating imminent danger. Plaintiff, attempted to avoid the collision hit his brakes and took action to evade the oncoming unmarked vehicle and as a result of the conditions created by the defendant officers’ dangerous conduct, Plaintiff’s vehicle became uncontrollable and flipped, striking the guardrail. Plaintiff crawled out when the vehicle came to a stop where he was met with the defendant officers violently grabbing him and pressing their knees into his back. Plaintiff at not point resisted arrest. Despite the fact that Plaintiff did not commit a crime or violate the law and Defendant officers not recovering any drugs, weapons or other contraband from Plaintiff, Plaintiff was arrested, restrained with handcuffs, even while he lay bleeding profusely on the ground. Plaintiff begged the defendant officers to place a tourniquet instead of assaulting him. Plaintiff was transported to Jamaica hospital where he was examined and admitted for treatment, which revealed numerous fractures to his\nforearm, wrist, and fingers. Plaintiff was shackled and under custody of the police while at the hospital. After approximately two days at Jamaica Hospital in police custody, Plaintiff was officially released from custody when police finally left him in the hospital. Plaintiff remained  at Jamaica Hospital for several additional days\nto undergo invasive surgery to repair the damage that had been done. Since his release from custody, Plaintiff has undergone approximately five additional surgeries, as well as further treatments and therapies.
