The Police Officers intentionally, unlawfully, falsely, maliciously and wrongfully assaulted, battered, arrested, imprisoned, prosecuted and violated the state and federal constitutional civil rights of Glasgow. \n\nPolice Officers, armed with firearms, asps, and pepper spray, unlawfully assaulted and battered Glasgow at Franklin Avenue and at a nearby precinct. Glasgow was detained without probable cause and was subjected to excessive and unreasonable force during his arrest, which led to severe physical and psychological injuries. In addition, Glasgow was denied medical care, food, and sanitary facilities, exacerbating his suffering.
