Plaintiff was handcuffed and brought to the precinct post arrest where he was illegally searched, questioned, photographed and fingerprinted by, or at the direction of Defendants, including being stripped searched twice with a visual cavity inspection. Defendants also provided false and fabricated evidence to the prosecutor to falsely charge the plaintiff and to justify his arrest. Later all charges against the Plaintiff was unconditionally dismissed. Mr. Hall was faced with one detective on top of him punching him in the ribs and the other grinding his face into the ground, with the detectives crying out \"Stop fighting us\" despite plaintiff not resisting any manner.   Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs which were too tight.  When he complained and asked them to be loosened, they refused.  Detective Doe did nothing while observing this. Searching plaintiff's pockets, defendants found his NYPD ID, which prompted them to say \"Oh, shit!\"\nTaken first to PSA 7 and then to the 45th Precinct,  he was told to change his shirt (which was bloodied) if he wanted the process to go faster.  The old shirt was taken and disposed of.  Despite passing both a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer,  the officers manufactured evidence that he had been intoxicated, and attempted to force his girlfriend to falsely state that plaintiff had assaulted her and was driving without her permission. They attempted to  charge him with obstructing firefighting, DWI, reckless driving and unauthorized use of another's vehicle., but the DA's office refused to bring charges.
