While placing plaintiffs under arrest, the officers used excessive force, assaulted and battered the plaintiffs, and tased plaintiff Adams. At the precinct, the officers, including Brett Woodard, George L. Pason, and Vincent Dandraia falsely informed employees of the Kings Country District Attorney's Office that they observed the plaintiffs commit various crimes. After being transported to Central Booking, plaintiffs were released.
