The plaintiff was then forcibly transferred to the 81st precinct where officers Delman, Martinez, Craig, Cuoco, Isabelle, Patel, Albarracin, Perico, Feeley, Gale, Abrams, Garcia, Seery, Valentin, Barry, Malone, Boehm, and Fagan engaged in illicit interrogation tactics. Dayvoun came to the precinct and told officers that the group was authorized to drive the car, but they remained in custody. The officers met with prosecutors and falsely stated that the group possessed marijuana, the charged offense. On October 26, 2017, the group received ACDs.\n\nOn May 7, May 8, June 5, June 9, June 19, June 21, June 22, July 24, and August 10 of 2019, Benn was in his parked car when Officers McCarthy and Does 1-5 subjected him to unauthorized searches on each occasion.
