One of the officers claimed he purchased several alcoholic beverages after 4 a.m., in violation of New York law. Plaintiff asserts this was a false allegation. Plaintiff was arrested by officer Billy Choi and charged with violating the Beverage Control laws. The criminal prosecution of Plaintiff continued for two and a half years. Plaintiff was found not guilty at trial.
