Plaintiff was shoved with a baton repeatedly, causing him to fall over a bench and strike the ground, injuring his left shoulder. The plaintiff went to the 6th police Precinct to file a complaint against the defendant police officers. After more than an one hour and a half of waiting for a report, the plaintiff left to seek medical treatment for his injuries as a result of the assault and battery he had sustained. \nOn April 12, 2021, the plaintiff returned to the 6th Police Precinct where\nhe was falsely arrested and imprisoned, handcuffed, and placed in a holding cell for more than six (6) and a half hours.
