Three defendant officers knocked on his door, asking for a \"Ricardo.\" When Plaintiff Kyree Moore explained that he did not know who that was and that he was home with his two minor children, Defendant Sgt. Johnny Napoleon demanded to be let in. Plaintiff refused and Defendant sgt. Napoleon forcefully used his body to push the door open, knocking Mr. Moore to the ground in the process and sending his daughter M'Kayla flying across the room. M'Kayla has a scar on the forehead from the injury. Defendant Napoleon, with the assistance of the other unnamed officers, then threw plaintiff to the ground and started punching his face and then pepper sprayed him when he attempted to block his face. They arrested him and then searched the apartment, finding nothing. Defendants then falsely charged plaintiff with Assault, resisting arrest and harassment and plaintiff was held for over 24 hours before receiving medical treatment.
