Defendants took custody of plaintiff's work helmet, water bottle, calendar, all of which contain the phrase \"Black Lives Matters\" and plaintiff's cellular phone.  Defendants claimed that plaintiff was trespassing at the Union Hall.  They handcuffed him and took him to a precinct, where he was placed in a holding cell.  Plaintiff was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.  Due to the conditions of the cell, plaintiff had panic attacks and chest pain.  He did not receive clean drinking water even though requesting it.  After several hours, plaintiff was released with his belongings.  On September 29, 2022, plaintiff was informed by the DA that the plaintiff would not be charged.\n\nOn October 3, 2022, plaintiff was again at the Union Hall speaking with an employee.  Defendants assaulted, battered and arrested plaintiff.  As a result of these acts, plaintiff was caused to sustain extremely severe pain and discomfort.  He was transported to the precinct, where he was charged with criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.
