The officers failed to properly investigate the crimes at hand, manipulated witness testimony, and withheld exculpatory evidence. The charges were dismissed on November 12, 2015 and December 14, 2015 after a jury trial. \n\nWhile incarcerated, Plaintiff suffered diabetic shock on two occasions, a broken nose and a lacerated hand as a result of assault/battery by other inmates.
